A deposit of the full retail cost of the equipment being rented plus tax and a 2% service charge are REQUIRED unless you meet the following requirements:

1. CA or NV Drivers Licence

2. Credit Card in your name (NOT A DEBIT CARD) the payment must go on a credit card

3. Current UTILITY BILL with your name and service address (California or Nevada residence).
        -Utility bills in another name will not be accepted.
        -Past due/late bills and cancellation notices or anything of the like will not be accepted.

Pick up time for rentals is after 11:00am and before 5:30pm on the day of your rental, and is due back by 5pm on your return date.
Action Camera does not provide camera/lens bags for rentals. Renter is responsible for transport of picked up equipment, please bring a camera bag or something to transport your rented gear safely!

If you need an Early Pickup just give us a call and we will have your rental ready before 11am for a small fee.

Same day/last minute early pickup requests will attempt to be accommodated, but might not always be possible.
(Early pickup is calculated at $10 for the first item and $5 per additional item rented)

No refunds are given for an early return.
$20 reservation fee is NOT refundable.

Renter is responsible for understanding how to use the equipment they are renting, no refunds will be given.  Action Camera is not responsible for training on the equipment. If you have questions about the equipment, please ask us beforehand.

Rental Conditions:
The person renting this equipment accepts the merchandise described and states that it was in good condition at the time received. The lessee agrees to pay the rental rate for the period the merchandise is used and further agrees to return the merchandise in good condition at the end of the rental period. The lessee also agrees to pay for any damages to, or loss of, the rented merchandise occurring during the rental period. Repairs will be charged at current rates.

Any fees incurred by late return, repairs or loss of items will be charged to the credit card used at the time of rental.
Late fees will be calculated at the rate written on the Rental Invoice at pickup plus any normal extension fees.
If equipment is not returned as per original schedule and extension is not possible due to another reservation, an additional late fee will be added to the original late fee and charged for every day the equipment is not returned. (Example: $21 late fee becomes $42 per day)

A full days rental is charged, even for partial day’s use. The lessee agrees to pay the regular rental rate for each day the merchandise is originally scheduled out, as well as any extensions or until it is returned to the lessor, there is no refund for early return. The lessee will also pay the lessor for any charges incurred by him or her to recover merchandise not promptly returned when requested. The lessor retains the right to end the lease and take possession of the merchandise if it is not returned upon request.

The lessor assumes no responsibility for damage to materials or other liability of any kind resulting from the use of the equipment.
